As of the moment, our members cannot unsubscribe on their own through their account panels and for that, we apologize. We are still trying to add this option in the softwares that we are using but we are currently restricted by Xenforo and Nanacast’s formatting system.
Please send a request to cancel at ask@fxjake.com. Request should be made at least three (3) days before the auto-renewal date (re-bill date is 30 days from the date of purchase) to avoid inconvenience. Discounted memberships are non-refundable.
